SHIPPING
All USA domestic orders enjoy FREE SHIPPING! International Orders will be charged per weight. A signature is required on delivery.
Standard delivery time is 3 weeks. The Publisher has been taking 3-5 business days to process prints. And then, another 5 days to ship. Once the print is received, T.J. Mueller will perform all duties in 1 day, and then ship it to you.
RETURNS
T.J. Mueller® Art From Above® is committed to providing quality products to you, our valued collector. T.J. Mueller® Art From Above® Return Policy is intended to facilitate the efficient and orderly processing of your return requests. The print must be in new, unworn condition and in original packaging.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN
All products intended for return must be authorized by Customer Service Associate and have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to it. Contact our Customer Service Team 24/7 online here to receive your RMA.
RETURN SHIPPING
T.J. Mueller® Art From Above® guarantees that its products are free of manufacturing defects and will gladly replace any item that does not meet product criteria. T.J. Mueller® Art From Above® products are custom-made, and as such, the customer is responsible for shipping costs on items returned for any other reason than manufacture defect. As stated above, the print must be in new, unworn condition and in original packaging -- if not, return orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURNS
